A great reception has rhythm. I’m there to protect it.
I keep one eye on the run sheet and the other on the room. I coordinate with the venue and suppliers, make sure speakers are actually where they need to be and adjust when dinner runs late, Dad disappears or the photographer needs five more minutes.
Then when the microphone is on, I bring warmth, personality and enough energy to keep everyone with us. And when the moment belongs to someone else, I get out of the way.

We shape the formalities, intros, speeches and entertainment before the day so the plan makes sense and nobody is making it up over canapés.

I stay across timing, liaise with the venue and key suppliers, prep your speakers and quietly solve the little problems before they become your problems.

Introductions, Games & Energy
Bespoke entrances, intros with personality and optional games when they suit the crowd. Fun, yes. Forced fun, absolutely not.
