There’s no briefing someone new on who matters, how the speeches should feel or whether your crowd wants classy, rowdy or a bit of both. We already know each other. We just keep the day moving.

Warm, confident and fun without hijacking the room. I’ll lift the energy when it needs it and get out of the way when it doesn’t.
